Justice Offered Scholarship

"I'm pretty excited about it."

That pretty much sums up the feelings of Elisha Justice after being offered a scholarship on Tuesday night from Coach Rick Pitino at Louisville.

Louisville fans shouldn't overlook this and be excited as well. Elisha is a fine young man who has proven he can play against the best. If he can improve his outside jumpshooting and become a consistent long-range shooter he can play for Pitino. Need evidence? How about another KY product Louisville picked up late in the spring seeing plenty of clock in the Big East, Preston Knowles.

What do Louisville fans have to look forward to? Elisha is a lightning quick 5'9 guard with extremely tight handles. At his size, he has very good lift on his jumper and is an above average leaper. Maybe his biggest attribute...He's a proven winner and leader. He has led Shelby Valley to back-to-back All-A state titles, and this year he took them to the big one winning the Sweet 16 State Championship held at Rupp Arena.
