U of A SNATCH UP TARCZEWSKI
After signing class of 2011 top prospects 6’3 swing man Nick Johnson and 6’3 (PG) Josiah Turner Coach Sean Miller and the Arizona Wildcats added class of 2012 top prospect Gabe York and they didn’t stop there, Arizona then added two more class of 2012 top prospects in Brandon Ashley and Grant Jerrett and to put the finishing touches on an UNBELIEVABLE RECRUITING CLASS, The University of Arizona added Hoopsreport’s #5 rated prospect in the class of 2012, 7’0, RUGGED, ROUGH and PAINT DOMINATING Kaleb Tarczewski out of St. Mark’s HS in Southborough, MA. Kaleb is the TOP POST PROSPECT IN THE CLASS OF 2012 for many reasons, for starters, Kaleb is a true (P) and does not care to be anything other than a (P) unlike a number of other bigs. In my eyes, Kaleb is a coach’s dream, an experienced big who not only plays at a high level each and every time he gets out on the floor but his knowledge of the game is just as much as an attribute as his skills, not mention that his BRUIT STRENGTH IS UMATCHED. It’s beggening to look as if Coach Sean Miller is definitely poised, ready and in the process of picking up where the GREAT and LEGENDARY Lute Olsen left off. Kaleb chose Arizona over Kansas.
Henderson Goes With Mountaineers
Neuse Christian (NC) shooting guard Terry Henderson made his college decision on Monday the 24th and chose Bob Huggins and the West Virginia Mountaineers. Henderson confirmed the decision via text message soon after his press conference. The 6'5 Henderson is considered one of the top prospects in North Carolina and has already scored over 2,000 points in his career, and has yet to start his senior season. Henderson informed me that he chose WVU over Richmond, Rutgers, George Mason, and Virginia Tech. Not only is Henderson a Huge pick-up for Coach Bob Huggins, he’s also Coach Huggins third commitment from a prospect in the class of 2012.
KENTUCKY GETS CAULEY
Earlier today Kentucky continues their streak of landing top prospects by landing Hoopsreport’s #47 rated prospect in our class of 2012 National Rankings, 7’1 (C) Willie Cauley out of Olathe, KS. Cauley is "SKILLED BIG" that posses good foot work and very solidLOW POST DEFENSE. Cauley’s frame is a bit thin for now but in the future, look for Cauley to add the mass that’s needed to a DOMINANT LOW POST PLAYER. Florida, Oklahoma State, Kansas State, and Alabama were all in the running’s before Cauley chose Kentucky.
Davidson Day (NC) Star Commits
6'1 point guard/shooting guard Rashun Davis committed to Radford University Yesterday. On the 23rd, Davis father informed me via text message that Rashun committed. Davis led Day in scoring each of the past two season, with teammates that included Furman signee Kieth Bellfield and Clemson signee Bernard Sullivan. Davis chose Radford over UNC-Asheville, Furman, Wofford and Appalachain State.
