*Houston Hoops vs. Louisiana Select

Houston Hoops finally stopped the hot streak of the underdog Select team and moved on to the Final Four with a 74-66 win.

Tommy Mason-Griffinand Keith "Tiny Gallon" were the duo that led this team to victory once again as Tommy finished with 15pts, 3rbs, and 7ast, and Tiny put up another double-double with 12pts, and 12rbs.

For Select it was 6'9 PF Kourtney Roberson(2009) leading with 17pts, 3rbs, and 3ast.

Head Coaches in attendance: Rick Stansbury, Jeff Capel, Travis Ford, Trent Johnson
Assistants from Texas, Memphis, and Baylor were also in attendance.

*Georgia Stars vs. Boo Williams

This was the most anticipated game of the night and it was a good one with Boo coming out on top, 70-61.

Boo Williams got contributions from everywhere and we'll start with Ricardo Ratliffe(2009) who led the team with 20pts, and 5rbs. Marshawn Powell(2009) continued to be a force with 14pts, 6rbs, and 4blks. Steven Pledger(2009) had his second nice game of the day with 14pts, and Kendall Marshall(2010) did his point guard duties and chipped in 5pts, 3rbs, and 6ast.

The Georgia Stars were led by the usual suspects of Kammeon Holsey(18pts, 8rbs) Adrien Coleman(15pts), and Kenny Hall(13pts, 6rbs) but it wasn't enough to stop the talented Boo Williams team and all their weapons.

Head Coaches in attendance: John Beilein, Dave Leaito
Assistants from Miami(FL), and Georgia tech were also in attendance.

*BABC vs. Team Texas

Team Texas who has been undersized all week but has seemed to find a wasy to go undefeated finally met their match in a very hot BABC team. BABC got down early but then settled into their groove and just had too many weapons for Team Texas. In the end when it was still close, BABC was forced to make free-throws and just barely held on for a 81-80 win.

The stars stepped up for BABC in this one as Gerald Coleman(2010) had 20pts, and 5rbs, Jamal Coombs(2009) had 20pts, and 7rbs, Phil Pressey(2010) finished with 17pts, 3rbs, and 2ast, and big man Alex Oriakhi(2009) chipped in 14pts, and 6rbs.

6'6 SF Roger Franklin was the horse that Team Texas rode all weekend and in this game it was no different. Franklin is somewhat undersized at the position he is playing with Team Texas but even after battling the opponents biggest and strongest players all weekend he still had he energy to come up with a 24pt, 7rbs, effort. Vertrail Vaughns who has helped his stock trememdously in this tournament and was the only reason it was a close game at the end finished with 23pts, and 5rbs. Vaughns gave us a list of schools showing interest in him last night and now you can add Georgia Tech and Stanford to that list of schools. KC Ross-Miller did what he's done all weekend, which is set his teammates up and control the the pace of the game ie...point guard duties, KC finished with 12pts, 2rbs, and 4ast.
