The Skill Development and Team Practice Sessions got under way with 20-30 of the campers still en route.  Players went through individual and team defensive stations along with ballhandling and offensive spacing and movement stations.  After completing an hour of skill work, each coach had an additional hour to work with their respective teams. 

 

We will have a complete breakdown of specific team rosters tomorrow morning as soon as we get them.  But the early favorites to take the championship, as shown by Dave Telep's comment to the team that they shouldn't lose a game, include Phil Pressey, J.T. Terrell, Dominique Ferguson, Fab Melo, Jereme Richmond, and Jarrell Eddie.  This impression may also be attributed to the fact that many other teams were missing high-profile players and had less action going on during practice.

 

As of about 5 pm most players have arrived, and we are set up for a huge second day in Charlottesville.
