Adidas VIP Exclusive Run Day 2 RECAP

Day 2 of the Adidas VIP Exclusive Run picked up where very exciting day 1 left off as top teams like Dream Vision 17U, Urban DFW Elite 17U, Compton Magic Elite 17U, Florida Rams 17U, Michigan Mustangs 17U, Garner Elite-Coleman etc faced off, top prospects like Chris Walker, Jaron Hopkins, Jeremy Miller, Christopher Obekpa, Paul Watson, Karviar Shepard, D'Angelo Russell, Noah Vonleh, Solomon Poole, Isaac Hamilton were looking to continue their high level play. Let's get to the day 2 recap of the Adidas VIP Exclusive Run, enjoy.
DAY 2 RECAP
Dream Vision 17U, who had played very well friday continued to play well by defeating a good Louisville Magic 17U team 81-71. Dream Vision, led by their top prospect class of 2013, 6'7 (W) Isaac Hamilton continued to put his high level game on display, hitting shots from all areas on the court. Isaac also showed all coaches that were in attendence that he's an outstanding rebounder and passer. Louisville Magic's D'Angelo Russell continued to show that he's a big time prospect by virtually scoring at will in or around the paint.
Playing like a team on a mission, the Florida Rams 17U squad continued to dominate the competition by whipping the Cali Rebels 67-49. Florida Rams 17U class of 2013 top prospects in 6'9 (F) Chris Walker, 6'1 (PG) Kasey Hill and 6'7 (W) Brannen Greene continued to show that they are for real as they tag teamed the Cali Rebels from the inside and outside.
A game that started off looking as if the Las Vegas Dynasty Elite could pull off the upset and defeat the favored Urban DFW Elite who eventually got things going and eventually wore down and defeated the Las Vegas Dynasty Elite by the score of 53-43. Urban DFW's class of 2013, 6'7 (F) Karviar Shepard continued to shine with his balanced offensive attack and his very solid defense.
The Magic, a team comprised of top prospects from the state of Arizona, Nevada and California is under the Compton Magic umbrella and has shown well thus far this spring proved to be more than New England Playaz 17U could handle by squeezing out a 71-69 victory. The Magic was led by their class of 2013 high profile duo of 6'6 (W) Paul Watson and 6'5 (W/G) Jaron Hopkins.
Class of 2014 (F) 6'8 Noah Vonleh has officially become a top prospect and has clearly demonstrated why with his solid play, great athleticism, strength and good versatility as he put in quality work, leading his UMASS Rivals 17U Spring team to a 77-67 victory.
Garner Elite-Coleman out of North Carolina has been very impressive so far this weekend disposing of a couple of quality teams continued their winning ways by defeating a very solid Dallas Mustang 17U team by the score of 59-41. With his persistent and relentless inside play, class of 2013, 6'8 (F) Isaiah Hicks led a very strong Garner Elite-Coleman squad past the Dallas Mustang 17U 59-41. Isaiah Hicks was very impressive as he worked the Dallas Mustang 17U interior players like nobody's business the entire game and made it clear that he is UNC ready.
As for the Michigan Mustangs 17U it was class of 2013, 6'3 (G) Monte Morris who made it known that he's most definitely a top prospect by displaying his great athleticism and very good offensive skill set as the Michigan Mustangs 17U did away with the Franchize All-Stars out of Houston, TX by the score 90-77.
