Area Codes Basketball All-Academic Spring Showcase

Phoenix, AZ-The spring is here which means that the HS season has come to an end and the AAU/travel team season is set to get under way this weekend in Phoenix, AZ at Phoenix Community College. To kick things off for what is sure to be an EXTREMLY busy spring is the Area Codes Basketball All-Academic Showcase which will feature over 100 ACADEMICALLY INCLINED TOP PROSPECTS in the classes of 2011-2015. “I am very pleased with player response that we received in regards to attending the Academic showcase; it gives a different direction to youth basketball in the community” says event Director Chad Groth “Only 50 high school players were invited and this event is now full with over 100 players registered”. To be invited to this event, the players must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or better in both the previous and current semester. The Area Codes Basketball All-Academic Showcase will provide information on the NCAA clearinghouse, Life skills and along with stiff basketball competition, this All-Academic Showcase looks to be the top Academic Showcase of the spring. Let’s take a look at the Area Codes Basketball All-Academic Showcase event schedule (there will be guest speakers from 2pm-4pm).
